The new release adds an aggregation server, which summarizes book ratings across different individual's bookblogs and presents overall ratings, in the form of a rating graph.
Bookblog is a CGI program that allows you to make notes as you read books, and then these become available on the web as a web log. This is the first production quality release. It features rating intervals as well as just stars (for when the reviewer wishes to express uncertainty in his appraisal), and provides a summary of the reviewer's past ratings to show bias or tendencies towards awarding a certain number of stars.
0.99.1 is the first public release. It might yet be short on features, but has no open ends and should be production quality coding (it will remain in beta pending further testing, though).
