    The Getting Started document suggests:

    The best place to start is the File menu: it is where you open, save and close documents. Another menu option allows you to publish the current document as an eBook. As a shortcut, you could also press the right-arrow icon next to the publish drop-down on the toolbar. In fact, you may wish to create the eBook right now and continue reading this document on the eBook reader of your choice.

    … which I have tried but failed to do using both iBooks and 2.1 export options from both the File menu and Toolbar.  I am briefly shown an "activity thumbnail" followed very quickly by a SaveFile dialog.  That seemed odd.  Selecting a name and destination for the *.epub file, I see no progress indicator and, most disturbingly, I see no .epub file at that location.

    What have I done wrong?  How can I make it work as advertised?

    Has anyone had any success publishing using this tool? Nothing I create publishes.
