BookBase version 0.8.4 has arrived.

New in this release:

ISBNs are now checked for validity, but are no longer a required field.
A rudimentary printing system has been implemented.
Some major bugs resulting in segfaults when running custom searches have been resolved.
Reports can now be sorted with incredible ease, and by almost any field.
Simple user configuration files have been added.

This version mainly fixed the horrendous problems with the new printing interface. It actually works now.

Bookbase version 0.80 is a nearly complete package now. It contains the skeleton for a report printing system, and proper configure scripts instead of the hacked up Makefiles we were using before. Previous compilation problems should be (almost) gone by now. :)

We're still looking for some thorough testers and code contributors.

Bookbase is in need of testers! If you have a collection of books you would like to have 'databased,' please give Bookbase a try. I need testers to tell me what's good, what's wrong and what they would like to see added.
