#69 process multiple files simultaneously

e.g. i have multicore CPU and i want to utilize all of it's cores in fre:ac. I know that processing multiple tracks at once is not good idea when ripping CD but it's good to have multithreading as an option in fre:ac when transcoding files on HDD/SSD.

I'm currently testing parallel conversions support and results are good thus far.

Speed increase is almost linear for physical CPU cores and using the HT cores gives a nice additional 30% boost.

The next snapshot will have an experimental parallel conversion mode - you'll have to enable it explicitly in the configuration dialog. It will completely replace the old conversion mode at some point before the fre:ac 1.1 release.

A second snapshot correcting some issues with the previous one is now available.

The parallel processing mode will replace the standard mode in one of the next snapshots. This ticket will be closed two weeks later.
