I have folders of wav files by album which I burn to CD's with Imgburn, which needs a CUE file to produce a standard music CD. If I have a folder with a CUE file and drop in into fre:ac to convert to mp3, freac will include the same tracks twice - once with filenames and once with CUE file, doubling the output.
It would be nice to avoid this problem.

    Another CUE problem:
When encoding to MP3, I checked "Create CUE file", which it did, but in the main output folder.
I have set fre:ac up to save to filename pattern <directory+0>\<filename>. Also, I dragged multiple source directories into Joblist at one time. All the output mp3s went to the correct separate directories.
The CUE file created had all the output files in one CUE file. I would have preferred a separate CUE file in each separate output directory with its own name based on <directory+0>\<filename>.

Thank you for your suggestions! I plan to implement those changes in a future development version - probably not the next snapshot though, but they should be ready for 1.1 beta.

These issues are now fixed in snapshot 20170317.

The old behaviour of creating a single cuesheet/playlist even if more than one output folder is created can be enabled in the configuration dialog.

This ticket will be closed in two weeks.
