#186 Mac UI Lockup when ripping from multiple sources AFTER issuing overwrite

I've got a reproducable bug when ripping from 2 drives after issuing an overwrite of files. Steps to reproduce.

1. Set up fre:ac to rip automatically with drive insertion
2. Insert CDs into both drives to initial rip (Drive A and B)
3. Let rip complete
4. extract one disk and place a new one (unripped in it) - Drive A
5. close drive A
6. let the rip of the contents from Drive A commence
7. Insert Drive B with already ripped disk in it
8. tell dialog to overwrite
9. witness UI lockup requiring a force quit in MacOS

Oddly enough the rip will complere for this and only this set of discs. I tested with more than 2 drives and saw the same thing. I didn't see this when overwriting using just one drive.
