#13 patch for bonding with RH Advanced Server 2.1

Hello, the RedHat Advanced Server 2.1 works on a 2.4.9-
e3 kernel, but unfortunately the bonding doesn't seem to
work with it. Is there a patch for that? I can find only
patches for 2.4.19 and 2.4.20 kernels.

I have some servers running Red Hat 2.1 AS and bonding is
working fone with the default kernel, but it didn't work with
miimon or mode option to set one interface to stay in backup
mode. It is only for NIC aggregation.
In red hat 3 as there is no problem.
