Linux Channel Bonding / News: Recent posts

I have added the bonding kernel documentation. This provides a method to obtain the latest documentation without downloading the kernel source or messing with bitkeeper.

I have removed access to all of the ancient patches, all of which are available in current linux kernels. The versioning seems to confuse people into thinking they're updates to what's currently available.
