#17 Skull - Illness issues

After getting an illness, the sick image can be shared with other players (that green mess), but the actual illness isn't always shared. For example, the one that removes all of your bombs to zero for the 20 seconds or so doesn't remove the ai computer opponents bombs.

Also, a full list of skull illnesses would be helpful.
