Me and my colleques play bomberclone during breaks.
Sort of half an hour a day.
It seems that strange thing can happend guring the
game: we experienced episodes of bombs not being drawn
to all players the
same way: some players don't "have" the bombs on thers
clients
so they can walk over them and sometimes even over the
fire, or
they see the fire coming out of nowhere (like hidden
bomb) and
they die...
Other problems come from strange network deseases like
that.
I'm figuring that using connection based TCP
connections could help
instead of UDP... what do you think?

TCP has the problem it is too slow.. and we've tried alot
with it before i changed to UDP... but i think about to add
sooner TCP support.
But i hope i can release version 0.11.4 soon in there i was
working alot on the network code maybe this will help.. if
not i guess TCP is the best option to solve this problem.
