/The problem has been identified and will be fixed in version 6.18 of Csound/. ---------- Hello! Currently we are facing a problem after replacing Csound 6.15 with Csound 6.17. When calling " /usr/local/bin/csound --version" in the Terminal, both versions work perfectly. However, when calling it via exec() or system() on a PHP page (namely _basic_tasks.php) the page hangs if version 6.17 is installed… A Unix user already told me that he is getting "exit status 139" on Arch linux, which means "seg fault": https://github.com/bolprocessor/php-frontend/issues/2 I tend to conclude that this problem is with Csound, perhaps we need to do something special in the configuration… I posted a request on Csound forum: https://github.com/csound/csound/issues/1633 All the best, Bernard Bel |
