Dear all, Being puzzled (and annoyed) at a discrepency between BP2 and BP3 regarding the Sarasvati vina example, I returned to a set of examples which I had designed in those happy days to check every detail of algorithms implemented for the production of Csound scores. The data set was on "-da.tryCsound" and I renamed it "-da.checkAllCsound". I ran all examples on both BP2 and BP3, luckily getting exactly the same outputs. Since these examples are informative — at least they reminded me of the approach! — I converted them to a tutorial: https://bolprocessor.org/csound-checkup/ So, at the moment the only unsolved trouble is the vina example when performed on BP2. When time permits I will try to understand why it goes wrong. Launching a DiffMerge between the scores indicate that differences lie mainly in the contruction of tables. Bernard |
