Having almost completed the overview of old good BP1 (with minor 
technical issues) I started working on a documented display of examples 
of BP2:

(Anthony: the display of categories makes use of "Content Views" and 
"Safe Redirect Manager" to avoid the display of full contents of papers…)

The first set of examples is dedicated to Harm Visser's contributions in 
1998. The aim is to illustrate the advantage of "pencil and paper" 
composition over complicated graphic interfaces which were en vogue in 
the late 1990s. At least it highlights the diversity of work 
environments of composers even when they make an extensive use of computers.
