Dear Harm and members of the BP developers list, As we are nearing the release of a stable version 2.9.6 of BP2, I would like to offer to all of you this updated beta version of the application for further testing. There have been many bug fixes and improvements since the March 27th beta, as well as a couple of new features. As we would like to release a stable version in a couple of weeks, now would be a great time for bug reports and feedback! You can post your comments to the list if you like or send them directly to me or Bernard. Interface bugs in particular should go to me :) Known problems with this beta: Bernard is still tracking down an overflow issue with very complex grammars. While you can now save your CoreMIDI settings to a new file type (-md or .bpmd), they do not yet get automatically loaded with your grammar. (If you save a "-md.startup" file though, it WILL be loaded when BP2 is launched). Thanks very much for all of your help and feedback so far!!
