Hmmm ... I assume SC3 means SuperCollider3 too. However, I only see "BP2 script" and "text" (and "All Readable Documents") in this menu and that is all that you should see. Are "PLT scheme" and "SC3 text-file" additional items in the menu you are seeing or do they replace the two items that I mentioned? If they are additional then I suspect a bug in BP2 on Intel machines. If they replace the correct names, then it might be possible that something strange is going on in your Finder database.
