hey guys,

i just fixed a bunch of formatting problems that were in XmlHandler that I
never bothered to fix.  i also added support for the JFileChooser dialog box
at save time instead of the OS dependent FileChooser one in the AWT.
hopefully will get the removing and adding of properties working yet tonight
before my bedtime.  i turn into a pumpkin you know (no jokes luke! <grin>).
