version 0.1.0 released

I am pleased to announce the release of the first version of bogotel, an open source telephony simulator library. This release is a stable release with considerable functionality.

Bogotel simulates Intel Dialogic hardware for programs using Dialogic APIs. It allows programs that use the System Release 5.1.1 to run without special hardware (or the SR being installed). It includes support for the main Global Call APIs and also some voice APIs.

The library works on the win32 platform, but should be fairly simple to port to Linux.

Im releasing this to the community because I think it will helpful to developers and testers who use Dialogic hardware. I hope that people find it useful. I would also be happy to receive additions and fixes to the library that will make it a more complete simulator of Intel Dialogic hardware.
