Once in a while I get misclassified spam and since I use
-u to automatically register my emails I would have to do
a -S or -N based on the spam status of my email.

Since I would like to do this in one go I added in a -U
option that does a status check and then a
REG_GOOD_TO_SPAM or REG_SPAM_TO_GOOD based on
that value.

I'm not a C programmer so the code probably isn't the
greatest. When running in -v mode I get a lot of these
now:

bogofilter in free(): warning: page is already free

bogofilter in free(): warning: chunk is already free

I'm not sure where that came from. But it works.

I'm attaching my diff from 0.10.1 with David's patch for
base64 hangs already applied.

Bogofilter's -S and -N options now provide the ability to
remove a message from the indicated wordlist.
