After running "bogoutil -R ~/.bogofilter",
running "bogofilter -Q" reports the robx value from the
config file(s) instead of the bogoutil calculated value.

    Ronald,

Bogofilter gets ".ROBX" from spamlist.db if it doesn't
already have a value. This happens when "robx=0" is in
    bogofilter.cf.

I'm presently considering changing the priorities so that
the wordlist value is used when it's available. The problem
with this approach is that a user may run "bogoutil -R" out
of curiosity and then decide not to use the value.

Anyhow, I'm undecided as to what course to take on this.

If you want to discuss this more, please use the mailing
list, bogofilter-dev@aotto.com, so that others can comment.

Well, the new tuning doc implies different behavior. Here's
how I think it should work (based on the tuning doc, which I
    think is reasonable and ok):

    * /etc/bogofilter.cf is examined for site-wide global defaults
    * ~/.bogofilter.cf is examined for user-local values
    * $BOGOFILTER_DIR/spamlist.db is examined for bogoutil
    calc'd values
    * command line options are examined for values.

bogoutil then needs an option to remove all "calculated"
entries from spamlist.db so that the "curious" user can undo
    his "test run".

All just my personal opinion about implementing "least
surprise" behavior with regard to configuration options.

Cannot reproduce this any more with a recent bogofilter
version. Is this report still current?
