#234 Bochs should use the OSX toolbar

A question. Which driver do I need in Windows 3.x and
in Windows 9x to fully use the VBE capalities?
And. Is there any way to make the Bochs toolbar be
either hidden by defaukt or make bochs use the "native"
OSX toolbar handling method (to put the bar just
between the titlebar and content area of the window and
place that eliptic buton at the right to let the user hide
and show the bar at any time).
Ahh make that thing faster.

In Bochs 2.2.pre2 we have support for Cirrus SVGA with 2D
acceleration.
