#454 write config/read config can fail

In some cases the bochsrc parser is more picky than the
output parser, so it's possible to save a configuration
but be unable to load it until you have cleaned it up
by hand.

I don't want to remove sanity check code entirely, but
probably it should be moved into the device's init()
method, instead of causing a bochsrc to not load.

I believe this is pretty rare. I will postpone it until
after 2.0.

Every such case should be considered an issue. Right now we are clean after fixing few issues like that. Closing. If appears again - please open ticket on Github
