[Bobs-devel] Backup completion messages

I update cvs with the changes I've done so far.

1) There is a new input field on the server definitions for email 
address. If this is not blank, backup completion messages will be sent 
to that address. You'll get an error after installing this update until 
you walk through the server definition and update it, it'll add the 
email address field to the server definition, even if it's blank.
2) Backup successful or BACKUP FAILED messages will go to bobs.log after 
each backup.
3) I've only implemented these changes for rsync_ssh and smb backup 
methods so far. The other methods still need to be done, plus some more 
error checking and other mods I think I mentioned in my last post.
