It is not in the current release yet. It is in the current cvs though. So if you used the tarballs from 0.6.0 there is no rsync_ssh. When implementing the rsync_ssh stuff, I set it up as a second method besides rsync, so that the old fashioned rsync (setting up a rsync-server on the backuped side) is still working.
