[Bobs-devel] restore using sftp is ready for testing

Hi

This patch add a restore_method called "rsync_ssh" which restores files
using a sftp connection and a batchfile.

It also add a few db_close calls. Just enough to fix a bug.

Just for the information if you have problems, I'm running this on
Fedora Core 1 with:
php-4.3.4
db4-4.1.25
openssh-3.6.1p2
httpd-2.0.48 (apache)
uname -a : Linux animatrix.klippegang.dk 2.4.22-xfs #2 SMP Sun Oct 26
03:00:49 CET 2003 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux

A code review would be a good idea, but I'm too tired to do that now. I
don't think everything is properly escaped.
