Did you replace "db3" with "db4" in all files? The databases are createed using the "inc/templates/backup_create_databases.php" Are the databases created with a size larger than 0 bytes? Maybe "gdbm" would work instead of "db3". Never tested it and I don't know if it supports the call I used in BOBS. You can give it a try if all else fails. Be sure that "gdbm" is compiled into php.
