[Bobs-devel] I'm ready for another release

I've added all the configuration checks I can think of to 
servercheck.php. There's a "Check Configuration" button on admin.php - 
if you don't select a server it just checks the bobs system 
configuration - if you select a server it checks that servers configuration.

I have some problems with samba mounts if I keep testing them (mounting 
and unmounting) they tend to hang, but I think that's a samba problem.

I'm hoping these tests will help people solve the most common problems 
when installing and configuring bobs. I'd like to put out a new release 
(0.6.0pre2?) after you've had a chance to try these changes.

P.S. I've been hanging around at home all week on vacation, that's how I 
got so much bobs programming done.
