Neat stuff. A few comments: I have problems with ./configure and make. I need a Makefile.in and Makefile.am in the man dir. (I don't even know how to make those. I still don't get the whole autoconf, automake and configure situation.) I plan to make the incremantal/servername and current/servername dirs configurable (and proably incoming/server as well). It will make bobs much easier to maintain. Just a notice, so you do make something that has to be completely redone later.
