Ok. I just added get_config() to class_server and fixed menu.php to use it. It should work now. I can do backups and view the files. The admin interface looks really nice. I did however have some problems. At some point I got stuck. None of the menus did anything and I couldn't log out. I'm not sure if you are aware of any problems.
