I got the admin interface doing everything I planned on except for the 
user/group access. It's pretty messy, but I plan to move much of the 
code to new gui functions and html classes. I stripped out the html 
output from class_config.php and put some of it in gui.pinc and 
admin.php. Now I'm going to work on new classes for html output that I 
can use in the admin and user/group interfaces.

I'm considering redoing the class structure as defined in my August 11 
email, but I'm going to work on the html classes first.
