Just use the extension that you feel makes sense. I'm trying to work out a new structure. htmlinc is retired. I made a mistake by including it in the first place. In related news. I'm still working on a grand restructuring. There are some issues with php and classes that I'm trying to figure out before I make a more precise layout description.
