#4 rpm unbuildable

Um, what Linux system are you guys using? It's got a
strange 'patch' binary, for instance:

+ patch inc/config.php.in config.patch
patch: **** Can't open patch file config.patch : No
such file or directory
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.47748 (%prep)

I'm using Redhat 9.

The config.patch file should have been created by 'make rpm'
or 'make dist'. If you want help with this, please post the
command and complete output to the bobs-devel mailing list
so I can try to see what's going wrong.
