#14 btn to add folder for new Forum/-version

Since many ppl just dont know that they can easily
create a new folder and download new mods for the new
version into that folder we should create a "Add
Forum/New Forum-version"-btn which does this for the
user.

so we dont have to answer so many "will bm support the
newest yabb version"-questions.

but these things might all change with y2 :P
