#3 Pingdrop player

Rightclick on a player and select 'pingdrop'.
When another player do this, a ping should be sent to the player; if there is no fast pingreply (10sec?), then the player will be kicked and the seat opened.
This feature is in case some player looses connection, or leaves and do not come back
