#2 Kick player
It should be possible to rightclick on a player and select 'kick'. If all other players do this to a player, then the player will be kicked (from the table), and the seat will be free for others to join.
Timing feature to block the kicked player to rejoin the game must be added so he need to wait like 1 minute before being allowed to retry. He may join the table immediately as spectator though.
