#11 Add irc server lookup
On the server: make an irc bot that connects to a specific irc network/chatroom.
On the client: have a serverlookup feature.
When a client hits 'lookup servers', the client should connect to the irc network/chatroom, issue a !servers command, all connected servers sends a privmsg with their name/ip/# of connected users. Client can now choose from this list.
