#16 Printing on large paper (banner) does not behave correctly

Printing on large paper (banner) does not behave correctly, the printing is not at the right position. Have checked some of the code, the printer seems to report incorrect margins which makes the printable area really small. Need to investigate it further to see if this is epected behavior. Consider adding an option to override the reported margins.
