#24 Add Interpreter support to bypass binfmt_misc requirement

I ran into an embedded OS that didn't have binfmt_misc support, and thus could not exec php files from the web server.

To fix this, I added another hash to capture interpreter values. When a CGI is invoked, the suffix is looked up, and if an interpreter is set, it is invoked with the page path and parameters as arguments.

Patch is based on 0.93.15.
