Content-Encoding: gzip support

This boa version supports Content-Encoding: gzip. No
for static files at least.
In stead of gunziping index.html.gz for example, the
compressed file is send accross the network and the
webbrowser will do the gunzippping. It saves bandwidth
and cpu cycles on the webserver (doesn't need to gunzip).
I don't do any check it the browser accepts gzip
encoded files... that is for the real programmers :-)
The .org files contain the original 94.13 code.
