There is no (easy) way to convert code to a format that Boa could use into the Designer. It is technically possible but I doubt you could achieve it, because even one small puny mistake in the naming conventions you use will prevent it from working. Your best bet is to use Designer to design your GUI and use _custom_classes to put your pre-existing modules (assuming they are dialogs and wxPanels) into panels of your Designer-designed GUI.
