#21 Sort explorer tree alphabetically (non-case sensitive)

Sort the explore trees alphabetically, rather than by
ASCII character (i.e. make capital letters sort in
with the lower case letters). (Windows and Mac) users
tend to think in terms of filenames being non-
sensitive and are accustomed to this behaviour from
the Windows Explorer interface.
