When I boot up Boa Constructor, it gave me this error message:
    Starting Boa Constructor v0.6.1
    importing wxPython
    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "", line 241, in <module>
      File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 78, in load_module
      File "wx\__init__.pyc", line 45, in <module>
      File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 78, in load_module
      File "wx\_core.pyc", line 4, in <module>
      File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 91, in load_module
    ImportError: MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading wx\_core_.pyd

Does anyone know what caused this? I have already install wxPython, wxWidgets 2.8.7 and the latest version of Python.

This has something to do with one of these dll's
      - msvcr71.dll - on my machine in Python25 folder
      - mscvp71.dll - on my machine in wxPython folder - e.g. site-packages/wx-2.8-msw-unicode/wx
      - gdiplus.dll - on my machine in wxPython folder

These should be present on your system, installed by Python, respectively wxPython have been.  Now if you use the boa.exe installer then it could be that they did not get installed into the Boa folder, just copy them from the other folder into your Boa folder

I assume latest Python is 2.5x and not 2.6 or 3.0 beta?

You should not need wxWidgets unless you do some C++ work, wxPython is wrapping it and it's installer includes what it needs.

BTW, boa.exe (boa-constructor-0.6.1.bin.setup.exe) is fine to get an impression of how it works, otherwise I would suggest to use the normal installer (boa-constructor-0.6.1.src.setup.exe).
