An advanced version of the bni-tools is now available on github at the official PyMOL plugin and script repository.
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Pymol-Scripts/Pymol-script-repo/master/plugins/bnitools.py
In one of the next PyMOL releases the BNI-Tools plug-in will be integrated directly into PyMOL!
Additional functionalities will be added as well as a complete integration of many BNI- commands into the sidebar menu. This will enhence the selection process and will make the usage much more convinient than in the pure plug-in version.
You all made it possible. Thanks for your support by downloading BNI-Tools over the years.
As I do not submit new code to the source forge cvs system any more the cvs isn't up to date and i decided to close it (maybe just temporarily). Sorry for that, but you can access the code in the program itself with any text reader.
A short command description is now available at the documentation section.
