Added a dummy loop() method to MissingSaveframe.

Shifted the MissingSaveframe class into the base_classes module.

More of the BMRB data is being converted back to the correct Python format.

All of the relaxation data is converted back to the correct Python format.

Data returned from the read() methods is now converted back to the specified Python format.

read() is called by the loop() methods.

Fix for the translate() function - conversion from Python should always be to strings.

Original Python format info is now stored in TagObject.

Removed some unused imports.

Expanded the translate() function to handle reverse conversion back to Python structures.

The relaxation loop is now adding the 'data_type' key to the yielded dictionary.
