Created BaseSaveframe.find_mapping() to handle missing tag categories in the NMR-STAR files.

This determines the mapping between the tag categories of the NMR-STAR file and the bmrblib class.

Removed some references to the Tensor saveframe.

Reactivated the relaxation saveframe loop for older BMRB versions.

Fixes for the model-free saveframes and the reintroduction of the allowed model list.

Keyword values to the saveframe add() method which are lists are now correctly checked against 'allowed'.

Small fix for the model-free saveframe.

The add() saveframe base method now returns the saveframe count.

Removed the last vestiges of the old design from the relaxation data.

Removed the last remnants of the old translation tables from the base classes.

Updated the model-free saveframe to the simplified new design.
