The citation saveframe create_title() method has been merged into the base class.

If the label class variable exists, it will be used instead of sf_label.

Keyword args not corresponding to a tag are now just stored in the class namespace.

Added a pre_ops() method for allowing saveframe specific setups prior to XML creation.

The add() method will now continue instead of terminating if a keyword arg is not a var name.

TagObjects can now have default values set.

This is equivalent to setting a default value for the add() keyword args in the old design.

Custom titles are being made for the citation saveframes.

The saveframe titles are now unique as the count is appended to the end of the name.

The TagCategory.add() method now checks if a tag of the same name already exists.

If so, the corresponding TagObject variables will be updated rather than a new TagObject created.
