Fix for the citation saveframe class.

Added the reset() method for setting all variables to None.

This is used as the start of an add() call. The _N() TagCategory method no longer has memory of the
list lengths, as this causes problems with multiple add() calls.

Massive simplifications to the Citations saveframe class by switching to the new design.

Massive simplifications of the Entity saveframe by switching to the new design.

Added the read() base class method for returning the data out of the saveframe.

TagObject.tag_name_full() is now used throughout.

The extract_tag_data() method now can handle missing tags.

The TagObject.tag_name_full() method has been implemented to simplify this function.

Removed a debugging print statement.

Tags without associated variables being set are now being created again in the BMRB file.

Created a Saveframe baseclass method add() to abstract the addition of data into a saveframe.

The Tensor saveframe is now massively simplified with the add() method removed!
