Removed a very verbose and nasty debugging printout.

Updated the release checklist document.

Updated all version numbers to 1.0.1.

Ported the CHANGES file changes from the 1.0.1 tag.

The command used was:
svn merge -r205:206 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/bmrblib/tags/1.0.1 .

Updated the CHANGES file for bmrblib version 1.0.1.

Bmrblib version 1.0.1.

This is a major feature release fully supporting Python 3.

Created the MANIFEST.in to make sure that all relevant files are installed in the site-package.

Created a basic installation instruction file.

Created an empty CHANGES file for listing the details of future bmrblib releases.

Created a release checklist document to facilitate the release of new bmrblib versions.
