Created a special class for Saveframes missing in various NMR-STAR definitions.

This throws a warning if the add() method is accessed.

Updated all the module docstrings for the 8 BMRB supergroups.

Updated the __all__ package list.

Renamed Auto_Relaxation* to Auto_relaxation*.

Renamed _Auto_Relaxation_list.Relaxation_type_common_name to _Auto_Relaxation_list.Common_relaxation_type_name.

This now matches Eldon's draft at https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2009-11/msg00016.html.

Renamed the General relaxation saveframe to Auto relaxation.

The peak intensity type tag ('height' or 'volume') is now supported for relaxation data.

Added a Python distutils setup.py file for installing as a Python site-package.

Updated all the copyright notices for changing from GPL2 to GPL3.

This is also for the change from the project relax (http://nmr-relax.com) to bmrblib.

Added a copy of the GPL v3 license.
