I'm following the README and I get the following errors after 'make all'.

I also followed the instructions to check out db2man but didn't get any project files, only CVS stuff:

    [kevin@mongoose contrib]$ find .
    .
    ./CVS
    ./CVS/Root
    ./CVS/Repository
    ./CVS/Entries
    ./CVS/Entries.Log
    ./CVS/Entries.Static
    ./xsl
    ./xsl/CVS
    ./xsl/CVS/Root
    ./xsl/CVS/Repository
    ./xsl/CVS/Entries
    ./xsl/CVS/Entries.Log
    ./xsl/CVS/Entries.Static
    ./xsl/db2man
    ./xsl/db2man/CVS
    ./xsl/db2man/CVS/Root
    ./xsl/db2man/CVS/Repository
    ./xsl/db2man/CVS/Entries

    [kevin@mongoose bmf-0.83]$ make all

Unfortunately, I don't know much about XML or xsltproc.  I copied the db2man stuff from my Debian system, and it appears to contain embedded pathnames.

I will be including the preformatted manpage starting in
the 0.9 branch later this week.

You can try installing xmlto and run this command:
      xmlto man bmf.xml.

I had to change the paths for common.xsl and chunker.xsl in db2man/docbook.xsl to get it to generate the pages under Red Hat 7.3

      Cheers

      Adam
