[bme-develop] Webpage

Hey guys,

just discussed this with Rémi(from BeosFrance)...I think we desperately need 
a new homepage for Bme...I want to start with this: ask a friend to do the 
html and work together with Rémi to program the php as he has offered to 
help us with that. But now: what do we need on our homepage? a news section 
of course....but what else?
